Compatible devices

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. This list is a guide only; check your device's settings or the manufacturer before buying. TODO: verify before launch.

iPhone

iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and all later models (not the China mainland models, and the dual-physical-SIM versions sold in Hong Kong and Macau). One-tap install needs iOS 17.4 or later.

Android

• Google Pixel 3 and later (Pixel 3 from Japan and Australia may not support it)
• Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Z Flip and Z Fold series (some regional models excluded)
• Other brands: many 2019-and-later flagships support eSIM; check the manufacturer

Tablets and laptops

Recent iPad models with cellular, and some Windows laptops with eSIM, work.

How to check

• iPhone: Settings, General, About, look for "Digital SIM" or an EID.
• Android: dial *#06# and look for an EID number.
• The phone must not be locked to a carrier.

タブレット・ノートPC

セルラー対応の新しいiPadや、eSIM対応の一部のWindowsノートPCでご利用いただけます。

確認方法

• iPhone：設定、一般、情報で「デジタルSIM」またはEIDを確認。
• Android：*#06# をダイヤルしEID番号が表示されるか確認。
• SIMロックが解除されている必要があります。
